Green Jelly (pronounced like jello) sux

Aug 4/2010 the Nestor Fargo ND Green Jello/ jelly the first of these folks I met was a man named Mark whom later Bill Manspeaker introduced as "Steve-O" He gave me permission to record portions of the show and agreed to do an interview after. I had a great time hearing my favorite classics and some new tunes from Green Jello amid chants of "Green Jello sux" which is the bands theme song. the stage show must be seen in person to fully appreciate. it's kind of like Gwar but without the gushing fluids. towards the end of the show they invited every and anyone who wanted up on stage with them. all around a hell of a great time! after closing time came. I wandered to the parking lot with my laptop not functioning properly trying to record interviews. there is a good chance some of my laptop problems were to do with my having drank enough Jagermeister that the bar staff was worried about me. I spoke with various people and was invited on the bus. while on the bus I met the band and crew (Alabama Slammer, and Ashley Ivey) who were merch sellers I also met "Entourage" who will remain anonymous. we drank and talked. I was able to get a short bit of it out live to my channel but my laptop kept crashing. Jamie Cooper on the Green Jello bus

GreenJello and Bob Dobbs with Jamie Cooper

the Band was more more than generous with adult beverages and were all around fun folks to drink with.
I left after having drank more than a safe amount and witnessing exposed breasts and debauchery of which I am not at liberty to report.
however,
I am able to reveal this is not the original band.

Bill Manspeaker is the sole remaining founding member and lead singer/yeller, ect.
Green Jelly pronounced (Green Jello) is essentially a super-group.

on bass was Jerry Montano known for performing and recording with such bands as Danzig, Hellyeah, Nothingface, Deadlights , & Gasoline (with Dimebag Darrell), as well as His own solo project http://www.myspace.com/downanddirty http://www.facebook.com/JerryMontanoFans

on Drums with pointy devil hornish sprigs of hair, was "Paul Zero" http://www.myspace.com/paulzero

A feller named Mike Odd who donned a Cheerleader horn, top-hat and trechcoat to spout lyrics and whatnot.
also a member of the band "Rosemary's Billygoathttp://www.myspace.com/rosemarysbillygoat

The guitarist "Mark" was introduced as "Steve-o" and looked alot like the Steve-O of Jackass fame.
I didn't get his real name or find out any other projects he may be involved with unfortunately.

so just as my encounter with these awesome yet horrible people began it ends with Mark.
I look forward to crossing paths with them again.

thanks to Jerry Montano and Lois LePard for sharing their photos on facebook from this show which I took the liberty of stealing for this report
